Squanch Games returns with High on Life 2, the sequel to its irreverent first-person shooter. Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy

It looks like Asobo Studio is taking the Plague Tale franchise into a dramatically different setting—Ancient Rome. We got a tease of gladiatorial combat arenas, mysterious colossi, and the signature blend of stealth and survival. The reveal trailer hints at a deeply personal journey haunted by supernatural threats.

Microsoft + ASUS Xbox Ally Handhelds

Microsoft and ASUS announced two new ROG Xbox Ally handhelds, built as part of “Project Kennan.” Both feature a reworked Xbox-focused UI on top of Windows, designed for ease-of-use and optimized handheld gaming. The white model targets 720p gaming, while the black Ally X offers more power, with up to 1080p performance and a 120Hz display.

Blood of Dawnwalker

Super Meat Boy 3D

Ninja Gaiden 4

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants (DLC)

Beast of Reincarnation

Release Date: 2026 From Pokémon developer Game Freak comes a new action RPG set in a dangerous, shape-shifting wilderness. Players control Emma and her dog companion, Koo, as they unravel a mystery tied to reincarnation and elemental powers. Coming to Xbox, PS5, and PC.


Clockwork Revolution

Release Date: TBD inXile’s steampunk shooter introduces time manipulation in a world full of political intrigue. Alter past events to reshape the present, all while fighting enemies with advanced gadgetry. Think BioShock Infinite with more time travel.


Grounded 2

Release Date: July 29, 2025 Obsidian’s backyard survival sim returns. Grounded 2 expands the world with new bug types, biomes, and base-building features. Multiplayer is enhanced, and there's now a story mode involving sentient insect factions.


Cronos: The New Dawn

Release Date: TBA 2025 A mysterious reveal from a new studio. Cronos appears to be a cinematic sci-fi action game, with shades of Dead Space and Returnal. The brief trailer teased alien landscapes, tactical combat, and a protagonist dealing with identity fractures.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Seasons of the Worm Cult

Release Date: June 18th, 2025


A new chapter for ESO, focusing on necromancy, forgotten temples, and the rise of the Worm Cult. Adds a new class and zone to explore with online co-op campaigns.

Aphelion

Release Date: TBD 2026

Don’t Nod steps into sci-fi survival with Aphelion, a departure from their narrative-heavy adventures. Players manage resources, make life-or-death choices, and explore alien planets in a cinematic, third-person experience.


There Are No Ghosts at the Grand

A spooky, whimsical indie where players investigate paranormal events at an old theatre. Blends puzzle-solving with supernatural storytelling in a side-scrolling format.


Age of Mythology Retold: Heavenly Spear (Expansion)

Release Date: TBA The Heavenly Spear expansion introduces a new mythological pantheon, celestial units, and map types. Classic strategy gameplay enhanced with modern visuals and mechanics.

Mudang: Two Hearts

Release Date: 2026

Set in a Korean-inspired fantasy world, Mudang is a story-rich action RPG where the protagonist is torn between two spiritual lineages. The gameplay showcases spell-slinging, martial arts, and mythical creatures.

Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf

Release Date: TBA

The sequel continues Lana’s story with new puzzle-platforming mechanics and environmental storytelling. Expect more beautiful landscapes and threats both organic and machine-based.


Fallout 76: Gone Fission

Solo Leveling Arise Overdrive

A tie-in with the popular anime, this new entry builds on the gameplay of Solo Leveling: Arise with enhanced graphics, story content, and online raid bosses. 

Aniimo

Release Date: 2026

A colourful, open-world F2P RPG where players collect magical creatures called Aniimo. Blend creature battles with social elements and environmental storytelling in a world inspired by JRPG traditions.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remastered

Release Date: July 11, 2025

The iconic skaters return with full remakes of THPS 3 and 4. New additions include modern features and characters—Michelangelo from TMNT is even playable!


At Fate’s End

Release Date: 2026

A high fantasy narrative RPG that blends Norse mythology and cosmic horror. The story revolves around a prophecy, ancient gods, and moral dilemmas in a fractured world.

Gears of War: Reloaded

Release Date: August 26, 2025

The Gears franchise is back with Reloaded, a reboot that reimagines the early days of the Locust War. Expect gritty storytelling, new squad dynamics, and brutal third-person combat.

Persona 4 Revival

FFVII Remake is Coming to Xbox

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7
